1. Description of Service

Loopearn is a rewards marketplace that connects consumers with local and online merchants. Our Service includes:

• Cashback and reward programs from participating merchants
• User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns where you can earn by creating content
• Social action campaigns (follows, shares, and engagement tasks)
• Location-based deal discovery and neighborhood rewards
• Cashback, tiers, and loyalty reward programs
• Merchant tools for creating and managing campaigns

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account using your phone number or email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or fake content for UGC campaigns
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to artificially inflate engagement metrics
• Create multiple accounts to abuse reward programs
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information without authorization

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit content (photos, videos, text) through our Service:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant Loopearn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service and for promotional purposes
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights
• You understand that merchants may use your submitted UGC content as part of their marketing campaigns, as agreed upon in the campaign terms

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Rewards and Tiers

• Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly redeemed through available payout options
• Loopearn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate reward programs at any time with reasonable notice
• Rewards may have expiration dates as specified in individual campaign terms
• Fraudulently earned rewards will be forfeited and may result in account suspension
• Reward values, earning rates, and redemption options are subject to change

6. Merchant Terms

If you use Loopearn as a merchant or seller:

• You are responsible for fulfilling rewards and offers you create on the platform
• Campaign descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• You agree to honor all active rewards and cashback commitments to users
• Loopearn is not responsible for disputes between merchants and users regarding reward fulfillment

7. Payments

Payments on Loopearn are processed through Cashfree, our third-party payment provider. By using payment features:

• You agree to Cashfree's terms of service and privacy policy
• Reward payouts are processed via UPI to your registered UPI ID
• Processing times may vary and Loopearn is not liable for delays caused by payment providers
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards or payments received

8. Intellectual Property

The Loopearn name, logo, branding, and all platform content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Loopearn and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopearn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited
• Pending payouts may be withheld if fraud is suspected

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@loopearn.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
