Refund Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Merchants on Loopearn pre-fund a budget for each campaign. That budget is used only to pay rewards to customers and creators for actions verified under the campaign. This policy explains how any part of a campaign budget that is not paid out comes back to you. You do not need to ask for a refund: it happens automatically.
1. Unspent Budget
Your unspent budget is campaign money that will not be used to pay rewards:
- Budget left when a campaign ends
- Budget freed when you lower a live campaign's budget
- Money received beyond a campaign's budget
- Money received for a campaign that you stop before it is fully funded
Rewards already paid, or set aside for a customer or creator whose action is being verified, are not part of your unspent budget.
2. How Unspent Budget Comes Back to You
- You can withdraw your unspent budget at any time from your Loopearn dashboard
- Anything you have not withdrawn is paid back automatically within 15 days of it becoming unspent budget
- Payments go by UPI, through our payment partner Cashfree Payments, to the UPI ID you have verified for your business. Your business PAN must be verified before money can be sent
- No interest is paid on campaign budgets or unspent budget
3. Fees
Loopearn charges a payout fee only on rewards that are actually paid. Rewards already paid and the payout fees on them are not refundable. No fee is charged on unspent budget.
4. Transfers We Cannot Accept
A bank transfer below ₹100, or to the bank account of a campaign that has ended, is not accepted. Your bank returns it to the account it came from, usually within 2 to 3 working days.
5. Contact Us
If something looks wrong, for example a transfer sent to the wrong campaign, email us at support@loopearn.com with the campaign name and the transfer reference (UTR).
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
