Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Loopearn account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what we are legally required to keep.

Delete from the app

The fastest way is from inside the Loopearn app:

  1. Open the Loopearn app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you still have a withdrawable balance, a payout in progress, or unspent business campaign funds in escrow, the app will ask you to withdraw or close those first so no money is left stranded.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address or with the phone number on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days:

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleted

Your name, email, phone number, username, profile photo, UPI ID, address, industry interests, social links, and login credentials (passkeys and sessions) are permanently removed and your account can no longer be signed into.

Retained (as required by law)

Transaction and payout records (campaign payouts, cashback, affiliate commissions, and escrow movements) are retained in de-identified form for the period required by Indian tax and anti-money-laundering regulations. They are no longer linked to your personal profile and are used only for legal and financial compliance.
